Meet Sabian, HEAL Academy’s Chief Experience Officer.

Sabian was born and raised in Vancouver, so he knows what it’s like to wait hours in a hospital or rush through a doctor visit. He also knows that these challenges aren’t because people don’t care - it’s because we don’t have enough healthcare workers to meet the growing need.

That’s why he joined HEAL. With a background in psychology, leadership, and technology, Sabian helps design every part of the HEAL student and caregiver experience. From the first moment someone connects with us to the day they begin work in Canada, his role is to make sure every step feels supportive and meaningful.

He believes better care starts with better systems, and that starts with listening to people.

👋 Meet Aishwarya Sridhar, HEAL Academy’s Chief Operating Officer.

Her journey began in research labs, where she worked on infectious diseases and public health data. However, what truly shaped her career was learning alongside her peers and seeing firsthand how education and public health intersect.

At HEAL, Aishwarya brings that same energy into everything she does - from designing our curriculum to supporting students across borders.

She’s here because she believes in community, in equity, and in the power of people helping people.

💙 And that’s what HEAL is all about.

🌍 “This isn’t just business, it’s personal.”

Meet Danison Buan, CEO of HEAL Academy. Inspired by his mother’s journey as a caregiver and nurse, Danison is now leading HEAL with a powerful mission: to open doors for students across the globe and connect them to meaningful careers in healthcare.

He’s built companies that serve people, led charities that feed communities, and now? He’s helping future Health Care Assistants find purpose, connection, and opportunity, starting right here in the Philippines.
