Meet Sabian, HEAL Academy’s Chief Experience Officer.

Sabian was born and raised in Vancouver, so he knows what it’s like to wait hours in a hospital or rush through a doctor visit. He also knows that these challenges aren’t because people don’t care - it’s because we don’t have enough healthcare workers to meet the growing need.

That’s why he joined HEAL. With a background in psychology, leadership, and technology, Sabian helps design every part of the HEAL student and caregiver experience. From the first moment someone connects with us to the day they begin work in Canada, his role is to make sure every step feels supportive and meaningful.

He believes better care starts with better systems, and that starts with listening to people.
