The New Westminster Teachers' Union would like to extend our sincerest sympathies upon the passing of Chief Rhonda Larrabee of the Qayqayt First Nation. Chief Larrabee was a passionate proponent of public education and a valued member of our education community. Her leadership and wisdom will be profoundly missed.
