A forum for women and men who want to be leaders for change in the trades through education of tolerance, equality, compassion and respect.

In 2016 we still see on a daily basis the inequality that fights to exist on many work sites across the globe. Many women (and men) are bullied daily from overt sexism to more subtle relational bullying. This needs to stop. I believe through dialogue and shared stories we can begin this change.
