Girls Fall Training is open.

Two focused programs for female players this fall:

* Wednesday Indoor Technical: Sept 23–Oct 28 | U9–U11 5:00–6:15pm | U12–U16 6:30–7:45pm | The Institute | $210

* Friday Turf Tactical: Oct 2–Nov 13 | 6:00–7:30pm | Centennial Park, Harewood Turf East | $250 | No session Oct 9

Technical sessions focus on ball mastery, quicker decisions and individual feedback. Fridays focus on positional understanding, playing in and out of possession, and game IQ.

Meet Coach Ambrose 👏⚽

Born and raised in Comox, Coach Ambrose knows what it means to represent his hometown on the pitch. His playing journey has taken him through USPORTS and the BCPL, and now he's passionate about helping the next generation of players develop their confidence, skill, and love for the game.

With coaching experience at Comox Valley United, SoccerTron, and Guelph Soccer since Grade 10, Coach Ambrose combines high-level playing experience with a passion for helping young players reach their potential.
