Confession: For years I gripped through every stretch.
As a Cirque performer, I thought that was just what you did.
No pain, no gain, right?
It took burnout — real burnout — to teach me that the body doesn't release under pressure.
It releases under permission.

Confession: I used to follow every food rule I could find.
High protein. Intermittent fasting. Eat this, not that, not now, not that much.
And the more rules I followed… the more confused and exhausted I felt.
Sound familiar?
Here's what I've learned — from my own body and from the women I work with every day:
The answer was never in the rules.
It was in learning to listen to my own body again.
Here's a simple exercise I share with my clients:
🌿 Eat your next meal as you normally would
🌿 Pause right after and ask: How do I actually feel? Full? Satisfied? Still hungry?
🌿 Check in two hours later: Am I energized? Tired? Craving something?
Just notice. No judgment. No fixing. Just awareness.
Because the truth is — we are all different.
What works for one woman's body might not work for yours.
And once you start noticing what works for YOU… that's when the small, sustainable
shifts start to happen.
📢 Can I be honest with you for a second?
I used to tell my clients to stretch more when their lower back hurt.
Longer, deeper, harder. I came from Cirque du Soleil — I believed in flexibility.
What nobody told me was that the spine also needs to rotate.
And when it stops doing that — from sitting, from stress, from life — stretching alone won't fix it.
This 60-second movement is what I now give every woman who tells me she's "tried everything."
Start from your ribcage. Not your hips.
