We hate to alter our schedule once again but there’s been a death in his family and Deacon Jon is currently hopping on a plane to head East so Sunday Dec 7th is cancelled, we will back at the Solstice for our last meeting of the year and we hope to see you there.

We truly hate cancelling events and try not to do it but with the transport strike on, the weather warning and this announcement from the government below, we’ve decided to cancel tonight but we’ll be back in two weeks time, so sorry we’ve had to do this a few times but such is life, all that said we’ll be having some fun extra activities as we get into the holiday season.

Just a reminder we’re in a different room for our Day of the Dead celebration, we’re with the meeting this Sunday Oct 26 at 7PM in the Plateau at the Maison de l’amitié Community Centre at 120 Duluth Est at 7:00pm. And we will be in the basement room this time so please head down the stairs.

No meeting on our regular every second Sunday this October 12th as it’s the Thanksgiving long weekend. We’ll back two weeks later on Oct 26th. Have a wonderful holiday.

Bummer: We try to never cancel events and now that we’re rocking in our new venue we’re excited to keep a regular schedule of great events but unfortunetly our regular community leader is travelling and our member who was going to run the movie night has COVID so we’re cancelling the Sunday Aug. 17th movie night and we won’t be having a night two weeks after that due to the holiday long weekend. BUT we’ll be back at it in the fall so we’ll see you then!
