Following the coronavirus updates and cancellation, I just wanted to make a brief post saying that we will be suspending Plate Club services for the rest of the term.

With the new semester under way, we wanted to send out a friendly reminder about our services. Feel free to fill out this google form any time you have a meeting or event in or near the law faculty where you’re serving food, and we’d be happy to provide reusable plates, cups, cutlery, etc!

LSA Sustainability Plate Club Request Form This form is for clubs needing materials from the plate club. Any queries should be directed to [email protected]. These requests MUST be in at least 48 hours prior to the event when the items are needed.

Hi everyone, I hope the start of your exam season isn't too rough!

A couple of our volunteers will be studying abroad next semester, so we could use another couple of sets of hands to help out!

We're a very flexible and low time commitment group, but with a little effort, we have been able to directly improve the Faculty's costs and sustainability efforts. It's also a great way to help out the other awesome clubs you have joined.

Feel free to reach out to us with any questions you may have, and let us know (preferably before the end of this term) if you're interested in coming on board.

Thanks to the Legal Information Clinic/Clinique d'information juridique à McGill, we avoided throwing 50 single use plates and 30 single use cups away today!
