Hey there, my name is John. I’m offering guitar and music lessons via video call.
I have a master’s degree in Guitar Performance from the SF Conservatory of Music and over 15 years of experience in playing and performing. I play and teach a wide range of styles - everything from rock, blues, and metal to classical and jazz.
I provide guidance and lesson plans tailored to the individual learner to help them meet their musical goals. Areas of focus include but are not limited to:

My ideal student is a beginner to intermediate guitarist looking to build and refine the fundamentals of guitar. I also help advanced players looking to learn new techniques and styles, fill in gaps in their knowledge of theory and musicianship, as well as learn about music technology.
