The 2025 AGM has been moved online due to the freezing rain warning across the National Capital Region.
Due to the fact that road and environmental conditions are likely to continue to worsen over the next few hours, we will be moving the Annual General Meeting to Discord to avoid people driving or walking to campus in unsafe conditions.
Members in good standing (3 events total or one in-house/external conference attended) can find the AGM in the AGM2025 voice channel at 6:00PMto celebrate the year and vote on proposed candidates and amendments. Our Discord server is linked in our bio!
Candidate speeches will be done online as well, candidates unable to attend in person who previously were asked to submit videos may attend and give their speech live should they choose to do so.
Voting will be done digitally, and those in attendance will be provided access to the online form for voting in addition to those who requested an absentee ballot before the deadline.

We’re excited to announce that we have a limited number of MNATO spots which will be going on sale at 5pm on February 5th!
Each spot will cost $150.
This is an amazing conference, hosted here in Ottawa by Carleton’s Norman Paterson School of International Affairs, which provides delegates with an intensive and immersive simulation of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization decision-making and crisis management.
By assuming the role of NATO member state representatives, students gain a rich and unique understanding of Alliance politics, priorities and challenges facing NATO as well as a much deeper understanding of critical international security issues and their solutions.
This is a fantastic conference that you do not want to miss out on!
