THE CONCEPT

Each year, we bring high level professionals to meet and mentor teen groups in exploring all the significant sides of their chosen careers. Follow and Learn encourages discovery of personal career paths through focused activities and sharing of personal values and experiences. Our complete and creative programs target various domains, such as music, sports, cuisine, or science. Worki

ng in an environment supporting participation and providing encouragement, the participants will develop self-esteem and the sense of belonging and will progress in shaping heir identity. With guidance, teens are invited to discuss how valuable ideas emerge and evolve. Follow and Learn is designed in a way to support the empowerment of teens in maturing into conscious and involved citizens.
