Dazl dance journey

I strongly believe in a SOLID foundation, regardless of the avenue anyone decides to take in life... My dance class on Wednesdays is solely based on the basic movements of the dance known as "house"!

My philosophy is very simple: "complicate what’s most simple"... my 34 years as a dancer/choreographer have led me to the wonderful journey of comprehensive study of movement... movement is in everything and everywhere. However, it is only when movement is accompanied with a cognitive element that it becomes somewhat part of the mystical world, transcends all realms of palpable reality, and touches what us humans call the soul. For some, it is a doorway to the spirit world or to an alternate reality!!!

I invite you to join me into this journey I've been on for so long. Through the Wednesday house dance class, learn the depth of my thoughts (mind), my movements (body), and my passion (soul)!

Je crois fermement en une base SOLIDE, quel que soit le chemin que l’on choisit d’emprunter dans la vie... Mon cours du Mercredi repose uniquement sur la base des mouvements de la danse connue sous le nom de « house ».

Ma philosophie est très simple : « complexifier ce qu’il y a de plus simple »... mes 34 années passées en tant que danseur-chorégraphe m’ont guidé vers un extraordinaire parcours; celui de l’étude approfondie du mouvement. Le mouvement se trouve dans tout et partout… mais, ce n’est qu’associé à un élément cognitif qu’il évolue pour faire partie du monde mystique et qu’il transcende tous les domaines de la réalité palpable. C’est de cette manière que le mouvement touche ce que nous, êtres humains, appelons « l’âme » qui représente pour certains la porte d’entrée vers un monde spirituel ou vers une tout autre réalité!

Je vous invite donc, par l’intermédiaire de mes cours de house du Mercredi, à m’accompagner dans ce parcours que je poursuis depuis si longtemps. Vous découvrirez alors la profondeur de mes pensées (esprit), l’intensité de mes mouvements (corps) et la sincérité de ma passion (cœur)!

Feature film, "Venus" is looking for people who love to dance! People of all ages, genders and ethnicities for a scene that involves casual freestyle dancing. We just want your enthusiasm!
