This is my New Masterclass this sunday.

I love fish 🐟🐠🐡 and with the warming of waters due to spring, the species are more abundant. It's a good time to buy a whole fish, caught ready to go, and prepare it at home like a chef!

Ready for your Rdv in few days with French sauces?

Here is the list of ingredients that you will need to prepare your own three French Sauces:

1. Hollandaise Sauce:
Ingredients: 3 egg yolks, 250gr butter, ½ lemon, 2 C Soup of water, salt/pepper
Optional: 1 orange
⠀
2. Béarnaise Sauce:
Ingredients: 10cl white vinegar, ½ shallot, 5G black pepper, 2 sprigs of tarragon, 4 egg yolks, 300g clarified butter.
Optional: 2 tomatoes

3. Mayonnaise:
Ingredients: 1 egg yolk, 1 teaspoon of strong mustard, 1 cork of vinegar, salt, pepper, 300ml vegetable oil, 200ml olive oil
Optional: Curry, 1 sprig of Dill
