Wednesday motivation. Set your goals, write them down and reach for the stars. You’ve got this. You can do this. My goal is to wake up too early to go run the dog because she needs it. It’s hard to drag myself out of bed at 5:30, but what a great feeling of accomplishment once it’s done.

Best way to start the day! Lemon, cayenne and cinnamon water. Did you know that lemon juice and cayenne in water first thing in the morning rehydrates the body? It also signals the digestive system to start working, rinses out the liver and alkalinizes tissues to boost the immune system. Add a dash of cinnamon for taste and it will also help balance blood sugars, enhance circulation and ease digestive discomfort. A small drink with a huge impact.
