Has self-care become a daily ritual for you? 💗 No matter your schedule, we all have a few short moments to ground and reconnect.
Think about it….
8 hours of sleep
8 hours of work
That leaves another 8.
I get it, there are other responsibilities and household things to take care, little humans to keep alive.
But if your being honest are you letting excuses get in your way of caring for yourself?
Are you even maybe unsure of how to truly care for yourself? I’m talking about deep down cup filling nurturance?
I say this only because I’ve been there.
Desperately googleing self care to try to “fix” myself so I could show up better for everything and everyone else.
Just know, as I discovered for myself…our outer world is a reflection of our inner world. How we feel in and about our bodies directly impacts ALL areas of our life.
Transformation starts with you and how you choose to spend your time. So make time for loving, nurturing and growing you. 💗

𝘼𝙧𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪 𝙛𝙚𝙚𝙡𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙤𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙬𝙝𝙚𝙡𝙢𝙚𝙙, 𝙖𝙣𝙭𝙞𝙤𝙪𝙨 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙞𝙣 𝙖 𝙘𝙡𝙤𝙪𝙙 𝙢𝙤𝙨𝙩 𝙙𝙖𝙮𝙨?
Societies standards of productivity, popularity, beauty, worth, availability…are at an all time high.
Many of us are finding ourselves out of alignment with these standards. Unable to keep up with this current demand.
The increase in mental health issues and of physical disease is proof of this.
This probably isn’t news to you.
The question is, how do we step out of this vicious cycle of pushing and trying at life and instead become present, grounded and grateful each day – even with these demands and standards constantly bombarding us?
Our bodies actually send us signals all the time. Yet, we have been conditioned to numb these signals in the name of “success”, “beauty”, approval and praise etc.
We are taught to look outside of ourselves for what is acceptable instead of trusting our intuition or letting our bodies be our guides. We find ourselves people pleasing even when our bodies are screaming ENOUGH!
Boundaries can help us balance our external world and help us to stay in a place of love and compassion for ourselves and others. Because, ultimately we want to be giving back to the planet and connecting with people from a high vibration and authentic space within ourselves.
From a space that is deeply self-aware, intuitive and compassionate. A space of overflow.
A space where we love and respect ourselves enough to fill our “cups” first by honoring our bodies and boundaries.

💜 There are so many ways you can self-care and feel comfort, pleasure from the external word. There is nothing wrong with surrounding ourselves with things we love. But sometimes its the simplest comforts we forget about. Your heartbeat, your breath. Remember that your true home is within you. Connect and care for it often xo

Goal setting is something that I have struggled with for a long time. At the core of the struggle with the lack of clarity or WHY, impatience and fear of failure.
Can you relate?
I’d hire coaches to help me gain clarity on what action steps I needed to take, and brought awareness to why there were certain mindset blocks getting in the way, but it wasn’t until I started combining the mindset awareness and action taking with embodiment work that my goals started to gain momentum and become a reality!
Working with your bodies natural cycles (knowing when it’s time to take action on certain things) and moving through blocks not just mentally but also physically and energetically is a powerful formula which I share in my Business Embodied Program.

💜Do you find yourself being a "good girl" in your life?
I people pleased A LOT in the past. And still catch myself in these cycles. I never said no to clients or friends. I made sure the house was always clean and meals were always on the table for my family.
But most of all, I always had a deep fear of dressing "𝒔𝒆𝒙𝒚" - and felt very uncomfortable when men flirted with me growing up. I had it ingrained in me that it wasn't “good” to be noticed, and that men wouldn't value me for who I really was if I was connected to my sexuality and sensuality. 😮 Through those beliefs I failed to see that my sexuality is actually a very core part of me. I was missing out on so much pleasure, and not just the sexual kind!
Because ultimately, sensual energy is creative energy. It’s at the core of that spark you may feel you’re missing. In your relationship, in your business in YOURSELF!
So now, I've learned to follow my flow, plan my months and activities with and not against my natural cycle and to celebrate my body and my sexuality regularly!
Most of all I celebrate ALL of my emotions and ups and downs. I'm no longer afraid to cry or scream into a pillow or dance around like a crazy wild woman if I need to! 😂

Calling all perfectionist! 🔊
If you’re like many of us, you tend to have perfectionist tendencies.
So what can you do when your expectations for yourself fly through the roof?
🧘🏻♀️Here are a few awarenesses exercises:
1.Actually become present to what you are expecting of yourself! It’s amazing how long we can go so busy in our to do lists that we are not actually present to our expectations.
Write then down! Are they realistic within the time frame you have set?
Have you set yourself up for support? How and who can you ask for support.
2. Bring awareness to where you’re at in your cycle. Certain tasks are better done at particular times of the month, on a physical, hormonal and emotional level. 3. Listen to a “loving kindness” meditation or even just take several breaks in the day with your hand on your heart and affirm to yourself what your heart needs to hear.

I struggled with anxiety last night before I finally fell asleep. Often times when I am starting to dose off one thought suddenly jolts me awake and then comes a string of other thoughts.
Self-destructive, doubtful, insecure and fearful thoughts about the future, my health and my friends and family.
I’m grateful to have established a routine to care for myself in these moments. It involves different things but mainly breathing techniques, amazing guided meditations and my therapy dog Jagger.
After a night like I had, it is important to remember the next day to journal, talk it out with my support team and care for myself. Before, I had this awareness to work through what was keeping me up, I just tried to push it down and forget about it.
Now I look at these nights as an opportunity to grow, to evolve and to free myself.
This simple shift from fear to acceptance of my anxiety has been life changing. So please, don’t fear your anxiety or try to suffocate it. Embrace that side of you. You are after all, light and dark. Anxiety can actually bring you invaluable awareness and healing if you’re open to receiving it!
