Wow, what a year it’s been! 🙌🏻

So much has happened in so little time.

The truth is that I have been working towards my dreams for a few years.

I have been dreaming to step into my coaching business full-time and work remotely since 2020.

I have gone deeper and deeper to connect to my truth and what makes me feel fully alive!

It’s been a journey. And if you have been following me here a little bit, you would know that it’s not been an easy one. But that’s ok.

Growth rarely happens when staying in your comfort zone.

While I have achieved a lot of millstones and had an epic year full of travel and adventures in 2025, I am currently building a new foundation and that takes patience, grit, and determination. It can a bit daunting, too!

I am building new friendships, expanding my professional network in Europe, and growing my coaching business (to say the least).

I am excited though because the best is yet to come and I am finally fully aligned to achieve my goals and follow my soul’s mission!

Happiness and success is an inner game! 🧐

Have you ever heard people say “I am doing the inner work”!? But what the heck does that mean?

So let’s demystify it.

Doing the inner work is about:

1. Becoming aware of your thoughts and the emotions that are generated from the internal narrative that you are creating.

2. Changing the negative internal narrative to a positive & empowering one.

If you are unaware of your internal narrative, it’s time to change that - because your internal narrative is probably negative (most of the time)!

Yep, I know you know what I am referring to because it’s normal. 👇🏻

Did you know that on average 95% of our thoughts are negative and 80% are repetitive?

Let’s take that in for a moment!

This is so significant because:

1. Your thoughts influence your emotions
2. Your emotions influence the action steps that you take
3. Your action steps lead you towards a specific objective and outcome

But it all started with your initial thoughts which led to an internal narrative that you started to believe in (because you found evidence in your external reality - meaning that saw what you wanted to see. You can also call it confirmation bias).

Do you see it now?

So let’s start again. Are you aware of your daily thoughts and emotions? Are you consciously changing them to a positive and empowering narrative?

The power of connection. ✨✨✨

The connection to yourself.

It all starts with your own connection.

It all starts within.

Everything stems from the connection you have to yourself.

You can’t possibly connect with others on a deeper level, if you are not connected to your own needs, emotions, and desires.

You also can’t live an aligned life if you can’t hear your inner guidance - you can call it inner voice or intuition.

So how do you connect to yourself? 🧐

You can start by taking a moment for yourself to be in the present moment. For instance, you can sit down and connect to your breath for 5 minutes to start of. Over time, you can increase the time bit by bit.

But let me tell you this. Once you start embarking on the journey of self-connection, you will access realms & dimensions you never thought existed, you will feel protected and supported all along the way, and you will connect to your personal power!

Yes, it’s practice. Lots of practice but you and I both know this is sooo worth it!

The Year of 2023! ✨✨✨

Back then, I didn’t know what I didn’t know… .

I didn’t know what I had access to.

I didn’t know what would reveal itself to me.

It was within me for a really long time.

Doing the inner work by yourself at home gets you pretty far… .

But when you start surrounding yourself with like-minded individuals, your growth goes like this: 💥💥💥🤯🤯🤯🚀🚀🚀

It goes so much faster and deeper!

Sometimes it only takes:

One moment, one opportunity, one event, or one person to help you uncover what was right in front of your eyes!

I am so grateful to be connected to:

My truth. ✨✨✨

My essence. ✨✨✨

My souls innate abilities. ✨✨✨

You know this as much as I do, I am sure.

Life is precious and we only have one.

So let’s do what we are meant to do on this earth!

Let’s step into that and keep each other accountable!

While I loved the pictures, I didn’t feel comfortable sharing them online.
