One of my biggest life hacks ⬇️

When was the last time you let yourself do something that seemed a little crazy?

When was the last time you felt curious about something and allowed yourself to dream?

When was the last time that even though you didn’t know ALL of the steps, you at least knew the next best step…. And then gave yourself permission to actually take it?

Most ppl get stuck in this one place that has been holding them back for YEAAAAARRRRRSSSS

Their Minds 🧠🙃

•Over-thinking from a place of Fear
•Analysis Paralysis & too many options
•Fear of Judgement from what others think

Pick your poison ☠️😬 because all are as equally dangerous to holding you back from jumping into living the loving, free, spontaneous, successful life of your dreams….

But how do your live from a place of the moment and less from the anxieties in your heads???

You move

You jump into life full force, open to learning, changing, playing

You pivot, you shift, you breakdown, you rebuild

You evolve

And in this beautiful evolution of your ever changing dynamic life, you chisel away the parts and pieces that don’t feel in alignment with who you are and how you want to express yourself, and you naturally become more “You”❤️

See I’m a powerful coach and I witness miracles in the lives of those who I support daily

Why?

Because I live and lead by this example. This way of moving, this way of being, this way of being so madly in love with life and the moment is so embodied within my being that simply being in my presence holds space that cracks codes for those who are meant to get the energetics

And I love what I do

A decade ago I made a bet on Me and in so many ways this was the scariest (yet best) decision of my life

I went ALL IN on whatever my beautiful 🖤desired, and guess what?

As soon as I made that Leap, I haven’t once looked back. Not even once, not even for a second.

I know the level of freedom available on this side of the fence of living, and so if you have any desire to make that courages stance for yourself, you’re going to want to stick around

I’ve walked that path plenty and would love to guide you as you create your life of freedom too🌹🔥

MY BODY🌹

Today in a 1:1 Soul Surgery session with one of my dear long-term clients, through one of our processes the belief “my body failed me” emerged…

As I sat there, witnessed and held deep space to release some of the energy around this belief, I looked at her and asked:

“Has your body failed you, or have you “failed” your body?”

She broke down in tears, deeply feeling the pain she had been holding from years a judgmental mind ruminating in stories of not being “enough”

As she moved through her process fully allowing the emotions (energy in motion) all of sudden there was a new spaciousness within

She took a deep breath, released a liberating sigh of acceptance, and continued to stay internal for a few moments in sacred union with her Being

I could see from the calmness of her demeanor that she had reached a place within herself that she hadn’t accessed in sometime

I could feel her connecting to the Stillness of her Soul✨

We then moved into opening up a dialogue of forgiveness for all of the times she may had “failed” her body….

“I’m sorry…
I’m listening….
I love you….
You’re beautiful….

Thank you for supporting me….
Thank you for guiding me….
You are perfect just the way you are….

I promise to love you, to honor you, to respect you… I am so grateful for my beautiful Body”


As women, we have our work cut out for us. From such a young age we’re bombarded with messages that were not enough.

Not pretty enough, not skinny enough, not tall enough. Our skin should be smooth, our belly’s should be flat, we shouldn’t have stretch marks or wrinkles…

Never mind the judgements around emotions… you should smile more, you shouldn’t be angry, don’t be stressed, you should have it all together, you should always be put together… the list goes on and on!

None of this holds any truth (at least unless we let it) and instead of criticizing we should be celebrating our Souls Home.

We’re all going to have this one physical body our entire lifetime & the sooner we can learn to deeply love and accept ourselves, the more happier, healthier and more joyful we will be.

For me my business is spiritual, an extension of my Soul, a representation of my BE-ing. The craziest thing about it is that it’s been a calling on my heart for as long as I can remember. I’ve always wanted to help others connect to themselves more deeply, feel more love and from that place create a life beyond their wildest dreams.

10years ago when I started this journey most people around me thought I was crazy, that I couldn’t do it and that I was making a mistake because the ways I was choosing to live were very different & radical for the times. Looking back it was by far the best decision of my entire life.

I’ve always been a natural born leader, and through my business I ferociously lead others with Love

Every Single Day life feels like a dream (even on the hardest days) and through the beautiful body of work I’ve created, I get the privilege of helping others crack the codes to shortcut the path to realize & embody the same.

I feel like my business holds the master key to helping so many wild, crazy, incredible dreams coming true.

The best part? Life is already so incredible yet it still feels like it’s just the beginning❤️‍🔥

I was speaking to a client the other day who admired how I was continuously willing to jump into the unknown (stretch) without batting an eye.

As long as it moves my Soul: I’m in

I laughed and when I paused to think about it, it was so true.

So many ways that I’ve chosen to live my life aren’t your typical “normal” and looking back I wouldn’t have it any other way

Time is by far our greatest resource yet in our busy go go go lives I’m convinced that one of our biggest mishaps is failing to understand this…

“Youth is wasted on the young”

So let’s not waste it

Here’s a question to provoke some thought:

If it were Dec31st 2023 & you were to look back and this turned out to be the best year of your life, what happened?

If you knew you couldn’t fail, what would you do, try and go after?

I’ve spent the past decade cultivating my relationship with The Unknown and it’s led to the most beautiful journey of Becoming💗

I genuinely love who I am and the most incredible part of this is that when you access (and live from) those depths of your Heart, you’re able to selflessly share it with everyone around you *what a gift*

I find so much Joy in the simplest things

I am constantly laughing to the point of tears

I can pause at any moment, take a breath and feel totally centered within the core of my Being

… and you literally cannot put a price on this level of freedom.

It’s something I’ve worked on and been experimenting with for over the past 10 years and the more I embody this way of living, the more convinced I am that I’ve cracked the code of Happiness

Through my body of work, I’ve created a roadmap & seen hundreds of others realize the same

We often seek these deeper desires through external sources, but to know your have the power to insource it (on the daily), to me this is winning

From Love, all exists
