I started training BJJ 5 years officially.

Time flies 🤣🤣🤣

People always ask me such deep questions, assuming there was some deep reason for my transition from Wrestling to BJJ.

The reality is that it was just available and I was well connected with people in the BJJ world. Starting at 13 BJJ, then moving back to Louisville to train with Chewy, then eventually moving on (cause life) and now living and training full time in Canada while representing PSF & Omerta BJJ.

I’m really happy I started Jiujitsu

5 weeks back on plan with and

My strength is feeling insane, my cardio is feeling crazy. Took a huge break in AUS/JPN and in a little over a month lost 14 lbs and got my cardio back up.
