My job is definitely not the easiest, but it is certainly sooooooo rewarding. This week‘a birth began on Wednesday morning and completed just now, early Friday morning 🤗

Little babies have morning naps. Take advantage of them and take a moment to move your body, to sweat your fatigue away 🙂
Enjoy cleaning your face with a little piece of lemon. Once your face is dry, rub it with some olive oil/coconut oil/avocado oil, whatever you’ve got in your kitchen. A refreshing start for your day.

Every Sunday 10am to 12pm I’m hosting a prenatal education program by HypnoBirthing. Where 3-4 couples come together and we learn and practice together great techniques to help us during labor and birth.
