Reflections on a great event yesterday

With so many voices telling us how to succeed, how do we stay connected to our own truth?

You ever notice how every “proven strategy” seems to contradict the last one?
It’s no wonder we start doubting ourselves in the process.

🌀 I’ve lost count of how many times I’ve been told what I need to do to succeed.

Run ads.
Start a podcast.
Post every day — no, post less, but make every word count.
Focus on your niche — or stay broad so you don’t limit your reach.

Each of these has some truth. I’ve learned from many of them.
But they’re not universal. What works beautifully for one person can feel hollow or forced for another.

And somewhere in trying to follow all the right steps,
I start to lose touch with my own voice —
the one that actually knows what feels aligned and true.

That’s when confusion creeps in.
And fear of getting it wrong.
And that quiet, familiar discouragement.

What helps me find my way back is remembering that the real authority isn’t out there — it’s in here.
It’s the part of me that recognizes truth from the inside out.

That’s also the heart of my upcoming workshop, Selling with Heart.
It’s not about perfect formulas or clever strategies.
It’s about reconnecting with your own authority —
so your work can be shared with clarity, honesty, and heart.
