I believe that every woman is innately creative, fertile, and nurturing by nature. Deep within us, there is a divine rhythm, a sacred connection to the Earth and the cycles of life. Creating and caring for new life is part of our soul’s purpose, our sacred gift🌸
Yet, modern society often dulls this connection, leaving so many women feeling lost, battling infertility, postpartum depression, and struggling through the sacred stages of conception and motherhood. I see this imbalance, and my mission is to guide women back to their natural essence— to their abundant, fertile selves.
By reconnecting with our feminine power and honoring our innate wisdom, we can experience conception, pregnancy, and motherhood with grace and ease🌙✨
Together, let’s journey back to the heart, to our nature, and reclaim our sacred path as empowered, healthy mothers.
This is what "Mama Nature Path" means to me🌿💫

Endocrine-disrupting chemicals (EDC’s) are environmental chemicals that wreak havoc on your hormones. I just listed a few here but actually there are THOUSANDS of different EDCs!😬
EDCs mimic hormones and interfere with hormone signalling. They can bind to receptors and inappropriately activate them or block them and prevent normal hormonal processes from taking place👎
Even a small amount of an EDC can significantly disrupt your hormones. Studies have found links between EDC exposure and:
➡️ altered fertility
➡️ reduced ovarian function
➡️ menstrual cycle irregularities
➡️ fibroids
➡️ PCOS
➡️ endometriosis
and more😩
While our bodies have natural ways to eliminate toxins, we were never designed to cope with the ever-increasing level in our modern environment.
So it’s important that we consciously choose what we bring to our home. Try to use natural products instead of conventional products that are filled with toxic chemicals.
To help you with this, I’ve created a Clean Beauty ebook filled with all-natural DIY recipes🌿 Most personal care products can be made with only simple & natural ingredients❤️
Just comment “CLEAN BEAUTY”, and I’ll send the ebook directly to your inbox📩

Reducing inflammation is important for hormonal balance because chronic inflammation can disrupt the intricate network of hormonal signals in the body!
While it is often associated with an imbalance in Pitta🔥 dosha, inflammation can also result from imbalances in Vata and Kapha doshas, so addressing it through a comprehensive, personalized approach is key, but here are some general suggestions for reducing inflammation👇
✅ Avoid Inflammatory Food:
Avoid/reduce inflammatory food such as spicy food, deep-fried food, processed oils, caffeine, alcohol, and red meat, and incorporate more fresh fruits & vegetables, legumes, and healthy fats in your diet.
✅ Stress Management
Practices like meditation, deep breathing exercises, and mindfulness to reduce stress-induced inflammation.
✅ Regular Exercise
Gentle, regular exercise like yoga, walking, or swimming to improve circulation and reduce inflammation.
✅ Adequate Sleep
Ensure 7-8 hours of restful sleep to support the body's natural healing processes.
✅ Hydration
Drink plenty of water/herbal teas to stay hydrated and flush out toxins.
Again, a personalized approach is key! If you haven’t got my dosha assessment e-guide, just comment “DOSHA” and I’ll send it to you. It’ll help you self-evaluate your unique constitution✨

Ayurveda says that a couple should start preparing their bodies and environment at least 3 months prior to conception. This is necessary in order to optimize the quality of the egg and s***m!
Here are 3 very important things you can start doing now👇
𝘼𝙫𝙤𝙞𝙙 𝙚𝙣𝙙𝙤𝙘𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙚-𝙙𝙞𝙨𝙧𝙪𝙥𝙩𝙞𝙣𝙜-𝙘𝙝𝙚𝙢𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙡𝙨
There is overwhelming evidence that plastics, pesticides and phthalates detrimentally affect male and female fertility.

Adopt a nutrient-dense diet that’s suitable for your dosha. Limit alcohol & excessive caffeine, exercise regularly & manage stress.

Taking good quality prenatal supplement with active folate at least 3 months prior to conception gives your body time to build up nutrient stores.
Also, do you know the difference between folic acid and active folate? If you are not sure, make sure to check out my post from last week!

Maybe you've heard of folic acid, or folate, or both... but what are they? and how are they different?
Let's start with the basics👉 𝙁𝙤𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙚 is vitamin B9, and it enables our body to produce DNA and supports red blood cell formation, neural tube development, and development of the central nervous system. It’s such an important nutrient when we’re trying to conceive.
𝙁𝙤𝙡𝙞𝙘 𝙖𝙘𝙞𝙙 is the synthetic form of vitamin B9. In order for it to be useful for our body, it needs to be converted into an active form of folate. However, 30-40% of women aren’t able to do this easily due to genetic variation called MTHFR.
Opt for a prenatal with an active form of folate such as ”folinic acid", "methyl folate" or "calcium folinate" so that your body can actually absorb it!
