Hello beauties! I've been away for a long while from the traditional sit-down studio style yoga and meditation teaching. Taking the practice I love off the cushion and into the real world has been such a rewarding journey! Now more than ever having the tools to manage ones mind and emotions are becoming imperative to quality of life.
