July reminded me that not every win is loud.
Some moments challenged me. Some stretched me. Some healed me. But through it all, there was always something to be grateful for.
Grateful for family.
Grateful for meaningful conversations.
Grateful for laughter.
Grateful for growth.
Grateful for the people who trust me with their stories.
Grateful for ordinary moments that became the best memories.
Thank you, July.
Here’s to carrying gratitude into August and embracing whatever comes next. 🤍

You don’t stop brushing your teeth because it’s summer.
You don’t stop taking your medication because it’s summer.
You don’t stop working out because it’s summer.
So why stop going to therapy?
Mental health isn’t seasonal. Consistency is part of the treatment.

Book your competitive teams or athletes for the summer, fall, or winter 💥
Athletes spend countless hours developing their physical skills, but the mental side of performance is often overlooked.
Too often, we try to work on confidence, composure, and resilience only after performance starts to suffer.
Mental skills shouldn’t be a last-minute fixthey should be trained just like skating, shooting, serving, dribbling, or passing.
At EARN Counselling & Coaching, we help athletes:
• Build confidence
• Perform under pressure
• Bounce back from mistakes
• Manage emotions
• Stay focused when it matters most
Because preparing the mind is just as important as preparing the body.
Now booking team sessions for summer, fall, and winter 📅

✨Building & Maintaining Confident Athletes ✨
Build confidence. Manage anxious feelings. Perform with more ease.
Young athletes often worry about:
• Making mistakes
• Being judged
• Not making the team
• Performing under pressure
Mental performance coaching helps athletes:
• Build confidence
• Manage nerves
• Improve self-talk
• Stay focused under pressure
• Trust their preparation
When you work on the person-centred athlete, behaviours and attitudes often change:
• More effort
• Better focus
• Greater resilience
• Increased confidence
• Improved performance
Don’t wait until the last minute. Confidence is built the same way skills are built: practice, repetition, and time.

Fact 💫 🏔️
Healing doesn’t always feel like progress while you’re living it. But every week, I get a front row seat to it and I’m here for it. 💚

💫 🏔️ Friday Fact 🏔️ 💫
Wanting things to be different and being ready to be different are not always the same thing.”
This shows up more often than people realize.
⭐️ Sometimes we desperately want our anxiety lower, our relationships healthier, our habits different… but we aren’t quite ready to face what change asks of us.
⭐️ And sometimes, we want someone else to change like our partner, child, friend, coworker while feeling frustrated, hurt, or exhausted that they aren’t ready, willing, or able to do the work.
😬 The hard truth? Change cannot be forced.
Growth often requires honesty, discomfort, accountability, letting go of familiar patterns, and choosing something new… even when the old way feels safer.
👉🏼 Wanting change is a start. Readiness is another step entirely.
🦋And sometimes therapy becomes the space where people explore the gap between the two.
