Most dads carry more than meets the eye.

This isn’t a workshop about how to be a better father.
It’s a space for dads to slow down, reflect, and grow.

No lectures.
No one telling anyone how to raise their kids.
No fixing. No advising. No calling anyone out.

Over 8 weeks (via Zoom), a small group of 12 dads will meet using a unique listening structure, shared dialogue, and practical tools.

Every dad arrives with his own challenges, questions, and commitments.
Together, we uncover the wisdom already in the room.

This program is inspired by the “Be a Great Dad” program created by Warren Redman, which recently sold out in Calgary (March 2026).

I'm Shilo Staffen — father of two young boys, husband, runner, and automotive sales professional. I’ve been practicing the tools and approach of Emotional Fitness® for several years and have completed nearly 1,000 hours of practice.
