Motherhood is powerful. It stretches you, softens you, and reveals strength you never knew you had.

To every woman waking in the night, learning, healing, nurturing, grieving, and loving with her whole heart… you are doing something extraordinary.

It is one of the greatest honours of my work to support and empower women through the journey of motherhood.

For the past six weeks, I’ve had the joy of spending time with these incredible families at PBS EarlyON - facilitating meaningful conversations, guiding meditations and self-regulation practices, and sharing tools to support our mental health, while navigating the highs and lows of parenting together. Today, we wrapped up with affirmation cards to plant positive seeds in our minds, to continue to nourish and grow them. Bittersweet goodbyes as I head to my next center and group. Grateful for the wonderful time we shared ❤️😌🙏🏻⁣⁣

Blown away by this incredible surprise from my Auntie Velia who hand-crocheted all of these amazing breast models to support me in my work as a lactation consultant.
