There’s something powerful about learning in a real care setting.

At EliteCare, our students are stepping onto the floor at Losier Hall, not just to practice skills, but to understand the meaning behind them. Each interaction, each task, each moment is building the confidence and compassion needed to support others with dignity and respect.

This is more than training, it’s the beginning of a career rooted in purpose.

This week, our students were honoured to welcome Heather and Linda into the classroom. Their years of experience, meaningful stories and words of encouragement left a lasting impression on our future care professionals.

Their visit was a powerful reminder that caregiving is more than a job — it’s a legacy that is passed from one generation to the next.

Thank you, Heather and Linda, for taking the time to inspire and support our students. 💙💛

👉 Take a look through the rest of the photos to see some of the hands-on learning our students have been working on this week.
