Ireland's artist basic income paid back much of what it cost. That's why it's now permanent.

Now South Korea is following: the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism has announced plans to develop its own basic income model for artists by the end of 2026.

The dialogue between science and religion offers benefits to both sides. Scientists are invited to address the deep issues of meaning and purpose that are raised by their work, while theologians are challenged to articulate a more rigorous and rational faith.

☯️ Tai Chi Daily isn’t just our name. It’s what we believe in.

“Tai Chi Daily” refers to the practice of performing Tai Chi every day as part of a regular health and wellness routine. It emphasizes consistency in engaging with this mind-body practice.

But Tai Chi is more than practicing a form. Tai Chi is a way of life. The Yin Yang symbol reminds us of the importance of creating balance in our lives.

You may not practice your form every day, but you can still work toward improving the balance of mind, body, and spirit a little each day.

It can be something as simple as improving your posture, making a more balanced choice with your meals, allowing your shoulders to settle and relax, or taking a quiet moment to slow down and breathe.

Improve one thing each day.

That, too, can be part of practicing Tai Chi Daily. ☯️

Your journey, our shared path.™

☯️ True strength is built quietly.

“If we practice diligently, in time we will be able to cultivate an invisible but powerful undercurrent of strength.”

Tai Chi teaches us that strength doesn’t always need to be visible. Through patient, consistent practice, we develop balance, stability, awareness, and an inner strength that gradually becomes part of who we are.

We may not notice the changes from one practice to the next. But over months and years, those small improvements add up. Another good reason to practice a little Tai Chi today.

💬 Keep practicing. Give us a 👍 if you practiced Tai Chi today.

I'm working to flesh out curriculum information for students and website members. It's one thing to list the material students need to learn -- exercises, forms, etc. -- but what specific skills should they be learning at each step? What should they know, and be able to demonstrate and explain, at each step? Of course, they wouldn't be perfect by any means, but I want them to at least understand what they are working to achieve over time.

It would provide a much clearer roadmap. This idea came from Russ Smith, who discusses his book, "Principle-Driven Skill Development: Teaching 101" on my next podcast. I'm editing it now.

💚 Paradise is closer than we think.

🧘 “Sometimes the best therapy is to take a short trip to paradise right where you are.”

Tai Chi has taught me that we can find peace right where we are. We simply need to quiet the mind, breathe, and become fully present.

A few minutes of daily practice can be our own short trip away from the noise of everyday life. The more often we make that journey, the easier it becomes to find that peaceful place within ourselves.

💬 Take a few minutes today to relax, recharge, and refresh. Give a 👍 if you made time for yourself today.
