Week 1 (July 3-7): Introduction to Golf and Art
Introduction to basic golf terminology and rules
Golf etiquette and safety on the course
Putting fundamentals and practice
Fun games and challenges to develop skills
Art and craft activities: Design your own golf ball, create a golf course map, and make a mini golf course out of cardboard and other materials
Indoor physical activities: Yoga for kids, dance party, and indoor obstacle course
Week 2 (July 10-14): Golf Swing Basics and Art
Introduction to the full golf swing
Grip, stance, and posture
Proper alignment and ball position
Practice drills and games to develop swing mechanics
Art and craft activities: Create a golf-themed painting, design your own golf club cover, and make a golf ball launcher out of household items
Indoor physical activities: Bodyweight exercises, dance party, and indoor scavenger hunt
Week 3 (July 17-21): Golf Course Management and Art
Understanding different types of holes and how to approach them
Importance of strategy and decision-making on the course
Course mapping and shot selection
On-course practice and playing games
Art and craft activities: Create a golf-themed collage, design your own scorecard, and make a mini golf obstacle course out of recycled materials
Indoor physical activities: Yoga for kids, dance party, and indoor relay races
Week 4 (July 24-28): Short Game Skills and Art
Introduction to chipping and pitching
Basic bunker play
Strategies for hitting different types of shots around the green
Short game practice drills and games
Art and craft activities: Create a golf-themed sculpture, design your own golf ball marker, and make a mini golf hole out of clay
Indoor physical activities: Bodyweight exercises, dance party, and indoor balloon volleyball
Week 5 (July 31-August 4): Golf Fitness and Conditioning and Art
Importance of fitness and conditioning for golf
Exercises to improve strength, flexibility, and endurance
Golf-specific drills and exercises
Fun fitness challenges and games
Art and craft activities: Create a golf-themed collage, design your own golf-themed t-shirt, and make a golf ball wind chime out of recycled materials
Indoor physical activities: Yoga for kids, dance party, and indoor hula hoop challenge
Week 6 (August 7-11): Golf Equipment and Technology and Art
Introduction to different types of golf clubs and their uses
Importance of properly fitting clubs
Introduction to golf technology, including launch monitors and swing analysis software

Art and craft activities: Create a golf-themed drawing, design your own golf-themed hat, and make a mini golf hole out of cardboard and other materials
Indoor physical activities: Bodyweight exercises, dance party, and indoor mini-golf tournament
Week 7 (August 14-18): Golf History and Culture and Art
Introduction to the history and traditions of golf
Famous golfers and their contributions to the sport
Understanding golf's place in different cultures around the world
Fun cultural activities and games
Art and craft activities: Create a golf-themed collage, design your own golf-themed bookmark, and make a mini golf course out of recycled materials
Indoor physical activities: Yoga for kids, dance party, and indoor balloon tennis
Week 8 (August 21-25): Golf Tournament Week and Art
Putting together all the skills and knowledge learned throughout the program
Running a mock tournament with fun competitions and challenges
On-course practice with a focus on course management and shot selection
Art and craft activities: Create a trophy or medal for the tournament, design a golf-themed thank-you card, and make a mini golf course out of cardboard and other materials
Indoor physical activities: Yoga for kids, dance party, and indoor mini-golf tournament to conclude the program.
By incorporating art and craft activities alongside the golf lessons, the program will provide a well-rounded experience for the kids, allowing them to express their creativity and develop their motor skills while also learning the fundamentals of golf.
