This week at Culinary Camp, our campers took their taste buds on a delicious journey around the world! From fluffy pancakes and French crêpes to shakshuka and crispy potato latkes, campers explored a variety of international brunch favourites while learning new cooking techniques and building confidence in the kitchen. A fun-filled week of cooking, creativity, and delicious discoveries!
UC Summer Camp looks good on everyone. From sunny outdoor adventures to creative activities, our campers have been making the most of every summer moment. These smiles, shades, and memories are what camp is all about, fun, confidence, friendship, and a summer they’ll never forget.
This week in STEAM, campers put their engineering and problem-solving skills to the test through an exciting Egg Drop Challenge! They designed and built their own protective structures, testing different ideas to keep their eggs safe while learning about stability, structure, and creative thinking. Through teamwork, experimentation, and trial and error, campers discovered that great solutions come from exploring, improving, and trying new approaches.

Comfort food was on the menu this week at Culinary Camp! Our campers whipped up homemade favourites including poutine, shepherd’s pie, crispy chicken fingers and fries, cheeseburger sliders, chicken parmesan, and homemade pizza. Along the way, they practiced new cooking techniques, built confidence in the kitchen, and had plenty of fun creating (and tasting!) their delicious dishes.
Last Friday, our Discovery Campers welcomed Mess for Fun for a special hands on experience. Each camper had the opportunity to customize their own sculpture and create a unique keepsake to take home. It was a wonderful day filled with creativity, imagination, and proud smiles as campers brought their ideas to life.

Adventure Camp Week 5 was filled with creativity, teamwork, and hands on learning! Campers explored electricity by building real and virtual circuits, developed floor hockey skills through active games, practiced outdoor survival challenges, and created imaginative sculptures and recycled art projects. It was an exciting week of discovery, movement, problem solving, and summer camp fun!

It was a sweet week at Culinary Camp! Our campers explored the science of baking while creating homemade butter, fluffy pancakes, apple pie turnovers, chocolate covered strawberries, shortbread, chocolate croissants, lemon bars, chocolate mousse, waffles, meringues, and no bake s’mores. From mixing and measuring to baking and decorating, our campers learned new skills while creating plenty of delicious treats!

Week 4 was filled with exciting learning and hands-on fun! Campers explored animal habitats, developed their soccer skills, learned new French vocabulary, created camping-themed artwork, discovered how everyday technology works, and enjoyed interactive music activities. Every day brought new opportunities to learn, create, and make lasting summer memories.
