So many people told me they loved the old studio because it felt cozy and easy to be in… and I knew I didn’t want to lose that feeling.

That became one of my main goals — to create a space that feels inspiring, but also warm and comfortable. Not a cold, perfect studio… but a real place, with life in it, where you can relax, focus, and enjoy the process.

The move itself was a bit hectic, and I didn’t really have a moment to pause and take it all in. But now we’re here, slowly settling, already welcoming students into the new space.

And hearing your kind words and feedback means so much. I think we managed to keep that cozy feeling… just in a new, bigger home.

The studio is ready now — and I’d love for you to come by, create, learn something new, or just spend a few cozy hours with us!

One of our students wanted to create a custom laptop bag, so we decided to test the pattern ourselves first — checking the construction, difficulty level, and finding ways to simplify some steps along the way. We also made a sample for future reference in the studio.

What I can say is that projects like this are definitely more challenging than they may look at first! But that’s exactly why it’s so nice to make them in a studio setting, where we can guide you through the process step by step and help whenever needed. It’s a longer project, but such a fun and rewarding one — and the final result turned out beautifully.

This is one of the things I love most about sewing: you can create truly unique, one-of-a-kind items made exactly to your taste, and then actually use them every day. There’s something really satisfying about seeing the finished project and knowing how much care and work went into making it.

We now have this laptop bag pattern available in the studio! While it’s not a super beginner-friendly project, we can absolutely help guide you through it and make something both beautiful and practical for everyday use.

I’ve wanted to make a pattern inspired by one of my favourite Max Mara dresses for a long time. I love the construction, the silhouette, the simplicity of it — and especially that elegant neckline and low back. On a person, it looks incredibly graceful.
Such a simple summer dress, but somehow very striking.
The black version for me is absolutely timeless.
But floral?.. Maybe summer mood wins after all 🌸

Small Decisions

I really wanted this space to feel beautiful — not just “nice" and not like an office, but a place that quietly inspires you the moment you walk in.

This part was intense… painting, adding lights, moving things around, rethinking every corner. So many little details, so many decisions to make.

But I wasn’t doing it alone. My family, friends, and even the support and encouragement from my students — it all carried me through this stage.

It was still nerve-wracking at times, but somehow it felt lighter knowing how many people were behind it.
