Creating connections, not silos!

The afternoon session of the focused on organizational strategies to creating lasting, scalable care systems, on how to thoughtfully incorporate diverse communities and their needs into dementia care networks, and on recognizing the value of natural, therapeutic spaces to support healing and to provide a sense of community among dementia patients.

Thank you to Alzheimer's Society, Canadian Centre for Activity and Aging, McCormick Care Group, and the City of London, Ontario - Municipal Government for putting together this event, and for hosting!
