Doug Dedman is the President and Principal of DBM Systems Ltd., a consulting firm that specializes in helping companies unlock the value of Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP). Doug has over 30 years of experience in S&OP, with roles in consulting, project management, technology services, and change management. He has a passion for helping customers implement real S&OP change in their organizations. Doug also has a wealth of teaching experience, including instructing Supply Chain Management at the Conestoga College School of Business and various APICS (now ASCM) courses as part of their Production and Inventory Management Program. Apart from S&OP, Doug is passionate about sustainable agricultural practices, raising a small herd of grass-fed, purebred Galloway cattle with his wife Sheila on their family farm.
