Life has been a bit of a cluster lately - full of unexpected twists and turns.

As I prioritize my family and the ever changing needs of the mental health of everyone (myself included), I am making some changes here at Moyer&Co.

Schedule and availability are staying the same, however session length will be 40 minutes for adult sessions, 30 minute youth sessions, and 20 minute consultations.

You will get a 5 minute countdown reminder when there are 7 minutes left of your session so we can wrap up and part ways. As always, you will get a followup email with some home practice activities and I will still be available for touch points between your sessions.

Be gentle with yourself and the mental load that you’re carrying.

I can’t believe I’m about to say this…but…

Summer Hours will be posted this week! These hours will work around parenting and and summer break to ensure you can continue your mental and emotional healing.

I will be taking a short break at the end of June/early July to celebrate moving from fiancé to wife, but hours will be expanded and a variety of days during the week to accommodate more of you!

Session update!

In order to serve you better, I’ve made some changes to sessions going forward and effective immediately!

The changes are to reflect the time spent during followup and in between your sessions where we stay in touch, offer continuous support, and provide activities for continuous growth.

60min Adult session (45min sessions + 15min admin and followup) -$95

45min Youth session (30min sessions + 15min admin and followup) - $60

45min Adult session (30min sessions + 15min admin and followup) - $60

45min Compassionate Care session (45min sessions + 15min admin and followup) - $47.50
