And then they wonder why they're exhausted, hungry, moody, sleeping like crap, and not seeing the results they want.
The biggest transformation in my physique didn't happen when I ate less.
It happened when I finally started eating MORE.
More protein. More nutrients. More fuel. More food that actually supported my goals.

I built more muscle. My body looked stronger, healthier, and more athletic than it ever did when I was trying to survive on the lowest calories possible.
Somewhere along the way, people started believing that the goal was to weigh less.

The goal should be to be stronger, healthier, more capable, and to feel good in your own skin.
๐ ๐ฌ๐ฆ๐๐ฅ๐ฅ๐๐ซ ๐๐จ๐๐ฒ ๐ข๐ฌ๐ง'๐ญ ๐๐ฎ๐ญ๐จ๐ฆ๐๐ญ๐ข๐๐๐ฅ๐ฅ๐ฒ ๐ ๐ก๐๐๐ฅ๐ญ๐ก๐ข๐๐ซ ๐๐จ๐๐ฒ.
And being "skinny fat" isn't the flex social media makes it out to be.

Stop treating food like the enemy.
Stop chasing starvation disguised as discipline.

Undereating is!!!!
Your body isn't asking for less.
It's asking for enough.......

You do NOT need to destroy your body to see results.
And honestlyโฆ I say this because I used to be one of those women.
I thought more was always better.
More cardio.
More workouts.
Less food.
Push harder.
Ignore the exhaustion.
Ignore the stress.
I believed being completely drained meant I was doing enough.
But over time, my body pushed back.
Low energy.
Poor recovery.
Increased stress.
Feeling frustrated when my body stopped responding the way I wanted it to.
One of the biggest mistakes I now see women make is thinking:
โข more workouts = faster progress
โข less food = more fat loss
โข exhaustion = success
But your body doesnโt transform from punishment.
It transforms from consistency, recovery, and proper fuel.
Muscle is what gives the body that โtonedโ look everyone wants.
And building muscle requires:
โ enough protein
โ enough recovery
โ progressive overload
โ patience
โ consistency over intensity
If you constantly under-eat, overtrain, and live stressed out, your body will eventually push back:
โข low energy
โข poor recovery
โข increased cravings
โข stalled progress
โข burnout
The goal shouldnโt be to get smaller at all costs.
The goal should be to become stronger, healthier, more capable, and more resilient.
Ironically, my body changed the most when I stopped fighting it and started supporting it.
Train with intention.
Eat to fuel your body.
Recover properly.
And stop expecting 10 years of habits to change in 2 weeks.
Real transformation is built slowly... but it lasts. ๐ค
