This morning we had some grad parents at CHS to cook for the annual grad breakfast! It was a fun morning, thank you parents!

Just a reminder that our volleyball open gym runs this Wednesday, June 10th after school from 3:30 pm to 5:00pm for CHS students currently in grades 9-11 who are interested in playing next year!

Students in our History of War & Warfare 15 elective course enjoyed a morning field trip to the Military Museums in Calgary, then off to war, espionage, and geopolitical-themed escape rooms at Level One Escape for the afternoon. There was lots to see at the Military Museums, with artifacts dating as far back as the War of 1812 through to the 21st Century, with still lots of room for us to explore. And with no group successful in the Escape Rooms, this might be a field trip we have to revisit in the future in our 25 course next year. Special thanks to Coalhurst High Parent Council for sponsoring our trip - all greatly appreciated.

A huge thank you to the 18 volunteers who spent part of their weekend volunteering at our Casino Fundraiser this weekend! We appreciate your time so much to help raise funds for CHS! Also a big thank you to Barb Vos for being our amazing Casino Advisor all weekend!
