Hello ladies 🤍
Last Saturday, I hosted my very first online journaling circle.
We were three… and it was cozy, honest, and very real.
And for that, I’m truly grateful.
There is something powerful about women taking the time to pause, write, and simply be.
✨
For now, I’ve decided to take a little pause from this page.
This summer, I want to focus on my coaching training, my teaching,
and also give myself more space to be outside, to live, to breathe.
Sometimes, stepping back is part of moving forward.
✨
I’ll be back closer to the fall with fresh energy and new ideas 🤍
Until then, take care of yourselves,
and don’t forget to create small moments of reflection in your days.
With warmth,
Elena

About journaling and its superpower!
04/15/2026
❤️
When I think of a women’s community, I don’t see a stage.
I see a circle.
A round table.
No one above. No one below.
Just women facing each other.
So often today, we gather by buying tickets, sitting in rows, listening to an “expert” speak from a stage. We applaud, we take notes, and we go home. That model works… but I don’t believe it’s how women truly thrive.
Women grow differently.
We grow when we sit in a circle — physically and energetically.
There may be one or two women gently guiding the space, but they are inside the circle too, not above it. They come for the same reason as everyone else: to reflect, to remember, to reconnect.
In a true women’s circle, there is no ultimate expert. Because the truth is already inside each of us.
When we gather around a theme — confidence, rest, boundaries, money, self-trust — we don’t come to receive answers. We come to listen. To ourselves. To each other.
Each woman shares what that theme means to her.
We tell stories.
We write.
We sit in silence.
We laugh.
Sometimes we create small rituals. Sometimes we write letters to ourselves.
The magic is not in being taught.
The magic is in being seen.
This is what my journaling meetups are about.
Not growth for the sake of growth.
Not scaling.
Not performance.
Just a small, intentional circle of women who come back to themselves — together. 🤍
March 31.
Today, I pause… and I write.
Just a few pages to look back on this month.
What did I feel?
What stayed with me?
What am I ready to release?
No pressure. Just honesty.
If you feel called… take a few quiet minutes today and meet yourself on the page.

Our April gratitude journaling is a great activity for finding a different perspective and changing your outlook. Use the daily ideas to journal about many different things to be grateful for.
The ideas encourage you to explore recent and old memories. Gratitude journaling can be a great way to start your mornings. You can also try this type of journaling in the evening after a long day.
Use the calendar to identify and reflect on the simple things that are great in your life.
