We are all about to enter that time of year again people!
My Christmas wish is for everyone to tap into some calm in amongst the chaos.
Here’s the plan:
We can begin by creating calm within us, and then as needed, we can sprinkle it throughout the land.
If we all give it a go we may just make a dent in the stress.

So as my car didn’t lock on the 3rd attempt today and I instantly launched into swearing at it. Oh yes it was then I realized just how great the 6 week series is.
In that moment I was sooooo off balance and I had no idea. That’s how it goes though right?
We slip and slip and slip off course and it happens so subtly we don’t even notice, until we snap.
We all have our numbing/coping devices and they work or they don’t 🤷🏻♀️
It’s so great when together we dive deep and look at all the things we do.
What works? What doesn’t? What could be a better alternative??
This week the theme of our 6 week series is Resonance. We looked at how to become fully aligned. We practiced heart coherence where we welcome our entire system to land and pause.
What I love most is how life slaps me with so many opportunities to lean into the work.

I always begin with an idea and I let them write themselves. They often morph along the way.
What I love most is when I customize them for people and together we specifically choose the :

•Time of day they will be drinking it in
•What they know they need to rewire
•Where they want their focus to go
•What cycles they want to break
•What keeps them in resistance
•How to set up daily practices with power

As I put the final touches on tonight’s women’s circle this term popped into my mind.
We are so good at making ourselves wrong aren’t we?
We have dark corners of our mind where old stories live. We pull them out when we want to be right about ‘not being enough’.
