The CAAT A bargaining team and CEC will continue with the conciliation process. The next scheduled date is November 5, 2024. The CEC continues to refuse to remove any of their concessions from the table.

Our Bargaining Team has filed for conciliation and a strike mandate vote. The main reason is the CEC has tabled concessions in their proposals that will negatively impact Faculty working conditions. They are also using delay tactics and not engaging in our proposals.
To counter the CEC tactics, we need a strong Strike Mandate.
The vote will be coming up soon.
