A new year, a new bird ornament! This is the pilleated woodpecker. If you’ve taken a pottery class with Sculption, you’ve probably heard the story of why there has been a new bird ornament for my neighbour across the street for the past 7 years!

The last kiln firing of 2025 finally cooled this evening in time for pottery pick up night! Thanks for a great year - enjoy all your pottery while you are celebrating this beautiful season!

Putting the fun back into recycling clay! Everyone produced a 6 - 9 lb block of clay (baby 😆).

There is another workshop coming up next Monday, the 28th if you would like to learn a method that gives you lbs of workable clay after one evening.
