My name is Peace Opara Chiwendu. I am from Owerri and currently reside in Imo State, Nigeria.

I am also a Political Science graduate from Imo State University and the Founder and Team Lead of Cyclone of Change, a youth-led non-governmental organization committed to empowering young people particularly those in the territory institutions and strengthening communities.

At Cyclone of Change, we have helped students and young people build leadership skills, prepare for life after school, Through mentorship, storytelling, and exposure to opportunities in internships, volunteering, understand good governance, and become active citizens.

We aim to bridge the gap between education and real-life opportunities while encouraging young people to be part of positive change.

I am also a Customer Service and Retention Specialist by profession, with experience in building strong relationships with customers, solving problems, and ensuring clients stay satisfied and loyal. My name is Okonufua Ighodalo Godwin, and I am an educator, project manager, systems thinker, and youth development advocate with a passion for helping people discover their potential and prepare for the future.

I studied Mathematics Education, a discipline that taught me to think logically, solve problems, and approach challenges systematically. Beyond academics, I have invested my time in leadership, project management, public speaking, and community development, believing that real impact comes from equipping people with the right mindset, skills, and opportunities.

I am the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of BG Creative Limited, an organization focused on developing people through capacity building, consulting, events, and digital innovation. Through this platform, I have coordinated projects, managed teams, organized training programs, and created opportunities that empower students, graduates, creatives, and young professionals to grow personally and professionally.

Leadership has always been an important part of my journey. I have served in different leadership capacities where I have coordinated teams, planned programs, mentored young people, and worked with others to achieve shared goals. These experiences have strengthened my ability to lead with integrity, communicate effectively, and execute ideas successfully.

I am deeply passionate about education, leadership, technology, and the future of work. As this week comes to a close, think about the people around you.

A young professional once had a brilliant idea but struggled to bring it to life. She had the vision, but lacked some of the skills and resources needed to execute it.

Instead of giving up, she reached out to people who were stronger in areas where she needed help.

One helped with strategy.
Another contributed technical expertise.
Another connected her to an opportunity.

The idea eventually became a successful project; not because one person could do everything, but because several people were willing to build together.

Sometimes, the missing piece in your vision isn't more effort.

It may be the right people.

Who can you collaborate with?
Whose strengths can you learn from?
And whose journey can you make easier by sharing yours?

Great things happen when we stop trying to do everything alone.
