I'm David AMAO, a Biomedical Engineer, Master's researcher in Tissue Engineering at the University of Ibadan, and a Sales Executive at Coscharis Motors Plc. I graduated with a Second Class Upper (4.29/5.00), finishing among the top 3% of my faculty.

Beyond my career, I'm passionate about leadership, service, and developing people. I've had the privilege of serving as President of the Unified Christian Campus Fellowship (UCCF) of the First Technical University Ibadan (now Abiola Ajimobi Technical University Ibadan) and State General Secretary of the Nigeria Christian Corpers' Fellowship (NCCF), Delta State, where I led teams, coordinated impactful initiatives, and mentored young leaders. During my NYSC, I also worked with the Delta State Directorate of Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), contributing to projects that created positive community impact.

I believe leadership is about influence, service, and leaving people better than you met them. My vision is to bridge healthcare innovation, business, and leadership to solve real-world problems while empowering the next generation to lead with excellence and integrity.

My name is Martha C. Oforkansi known in the beauty and business world as BBCatalyst.

I help businesses grow by turning ideas into market demand, brands into authority, and visibility into measurable business results. My expertise spans sales, marketing, business development, brand strategy, storytelling, customer acquisition, and digital growth, enabling me to bridge commercial strategy with human behavior.

Over the past 7 years, I've applied these skills across FMCGs, media and entertainment, oil and gas, beauty & lifestyle industries, driving revenue, strengthening brands, building strategic partnerships, and creating sustainable growth systems.

Today, I work as a Senior Account Executive in the oil and gas procurement industry, helping organizations solve complex commercial challenges and close high value business opportunities. Every role I've held has reinforced one belief: value only matters when people recognize it, trust it, and are willing to invest in it.

That belief began long before my career.

It started with my mother, a woman who created extraordinary value through her fashion style, hospitality, expertise, and ability to bring people together. She influenced lives, built communities, and elevated everyone around her, yet the economic value she created was never recognized or rewarded.

Watching that shaped the question that now defines my life's work:

Why do millions of women create enormous social and lifestyle value every day, yet receive little or no economic return for it?

That question led me to found Boldeluxe, where I am building the Lifestyle Capital Movement.

Boldeluxe exists to help women transform everyday lifestyle, beauty, fashion, wellness, knowledge, relationships, and influence into visibility, opportunity, income, and lasting economic value.

My mission is not simply to build another beauty brand. It is to create a new economic framework that recognizes lifestyle as a productive asset capable of generating measurable social and financial returns.

My vision is to build one of Africa's most influential lifestyle ecosystems, proving that the way we live is not just personal expression.

My name is Azyintu Revive Sola.
I am a trained Parasitologist, professional Master of Ceremonies, humanitarian, program manager, and leadership and youth development advocate, deeply passionate about driving social impact, advancing community service, developing leaders, and harnessing the transformative power of volunteerism to build stronger communities.

‎My mantra is simple: to make meaningful contributions to the common good of humanity through the power of my thoughts and the impact of my actions.

‎I currently serve as the Vice President of JAMIE PAJOEL INTERNATIONAL, JPI Taraba State Chapter, where I contribute to advancing impactful initiatives and fostering leadership collaboration that empowers young people and strengthens communities. I also serve as the Volunteer Head of Operations at the Danladi Yunana Foundation, where I oversee the organization's day-to-day operations and support the effective implementation of programs that expand access to education, mentorship, and youth empowerment.

‎Beyond these roles, I am the Founder of BoldStep Development Initiative - BDI, a leadership and community development platform headquartered in Jalingo, Taraba State. BDI exists to equip young people with the right mindset, skill set, and sense of urgency to step forward, take ownership, and become responsible leaders committed to transforming their communities. I consider this initiative my modest contribution to social development and the cultivation of a new generation of purpose-driven leaders.

‎Through BDI, I have had the privilege of impacting over 1,000 young people through leadership training, mentorship, educational outreaches, speaking engagements, and purpose-driven initiatives. Witnessing lives transformed and seeing young people embrace their identity, purpose, and leadership potential continues to fuel my passion for service.

‎As a trained parasitologist, I leverage my platform to raise awareness about Hepatitis B and other infectious and parasitic diseases. My advocacy focuses on promoting early testing, vaccination against Hepatitis B, and encouraging positive behavioral change toward the prevention and control of vector-borne and other communicable diseases.
‎
‎My friends and colleagues often describe me as "the light of the room"—someone who brings laughter, energy, hope, and positivity, with the ability to brighten even the darkest moments. I strive to live up to that description every day by inspiring others, creating opportunities, and leaving every space better than I found it.

‎For me, leadership is not about titles—it is about service. It is about creating opportunities, inspiring hope, and empowering people to become the best versions of themselves. Every platform I serve on is another opportunity to make a lasting impact and contribute meaningfully to humanity.

Felix Iziomoh is a Certified Goal Mapping Practitioner and Coach, Leadership Development Expert, author, and Founder of the International Centre for Leadership Development Nigeria (ICLDNG), a nonprofit organization committed to developing transformational leaders and empowering children, teenagers, young adults, professionals, and communities through leadership education, digital safety, and sustainable development initiatives.

Over the past two decades, I have had the privilege of training and inspiring more than 30,000 individuals across Africa, Europe, and Asia through workshops, conferences, leadership programmes, and coaching sessions.

My journey has taken me to schools, universities, government institutions, businesses, community organizations, and international conferences, where I continue to share the practical power of Goal Mapping and whole-brain thinking.

She is the Founder and Creative Director of Zitu Media, a creative agency providing branding, printing, and digital marketing solutions, helping businesses transform ideas into impactful brands.

Zitu is also the founder of Zitu Clothing, a premium Nigerian fashion brand established in 2019, celebrated for its stylish, comfortable, and culturally inspired designs that promote confidence and identity.

Beyond business, she is committed to community development as a Board Member of Clean Warri, where she champions environmental sustainability, youth engagement, and social impact initiatives.

My name is Mishi Joshua Ityover, Founder of Digital Evangelist Global Technology, a technology-driven brand committed to equipping individuals with future-ready skills, empowering businesses with innovative digital solutions, and building a generation of problem-solvers through technology.

Over the years, I’ve had the privilege of training more than 26,000 individuals in entrepreneurship, digital skills, employability, and soft skills, working with renowned platforms and organizations such as Google and Jobberman Nigeria. My passion has always been to make technology accessible, practical, and impactful for young people, women, entrepreneurs, and professionals seeking to thrive in the digital economy.

My commitment to innovation has also opened global opportunities. I am currently an Amazon Web Services Artificial Intelligence (AI) & Machine Learning (ML) Scholar 2026, where I recently advanced into the Future AWS Agentic AI Business Professional Nanodegree, specializing in applying Artificial Intelligence to solve real business challenges. This journey is preparing me to become an AI Business Engineer, using AI to create solutions that transform businesses and communities.

Beyond training, I believe in investing directly in people. I currently serve as a Mentor with Jobberman Nigeria, where I mentor young women pursuing careers in technology, helping them build confidence, develop technical skills, and navigate their professional journeys.

One of the defining moments of my journey was attempting the Guinness World Records for the Longest Entrepreneurial Lessons(76hrs), an initiative aimed at promoting entrepreneurship and lifelong learning while inspiring thousands of young people to believe that knowledge can change lives. That experience reinforced my conviction that impact is measured not only by achievements but by the lives transformed along the way.

Everything I do is driven by one purpose: using technology and education to create opportunities where they are scarce and empower people to become creators of solutions rather than consumers of opportunities.

This is only the beginning, and I remain committed to building innovative products, empowering communities, mentoring the next generation, and contributing to Africa’s growing digital economy.
