Transition from SRT โก๏ธ GRT โก๏ธ RRT
Camilla Orellana Larach, RRT

Camilla (Cam) is a previous Conestoga RT graduate currently working in the NICU at McMaster Childrenโs Hospital. She will be discussing the transition from working as an SRT during clinical placements, to graduating as a GRT & becoming an RRT.

France is a critical care research coordinator & 3 Wishes Project Coordinator at St. Josephโs Healthcare Hamilton. She will be discussing the 3 Wishes Project in greater depth & her role as an RRT.
Information about the 3 Wishes Project:
The 3 Wishes Project is designed to provide compassionate end-of-life care in the ICU setting. It focuses on fulfilling at least 3 final wishes for patients to celebrate their life & provides support to those who are grieving.
