Sometimes, just referencing isn’t enough. Reaching out—and receiving a clear “yes”—is a genuine vote of confidence.
That’s why, as a current Human Movement Specialist student with the Brookbush Institute of Human Movement Science, this milestone means so much.
🥹 It’s more than just validation—it’s deeply personal. I received direct confirmation from Brent Brookbush of the Brookbush Institute
allowing me to both reference and use their evidence-based programming in my kit for cleaners and manual workers: Exhausted Bodies
🙌 Why am I passionate? Because it works.
I’ve field-tested these methods for instant pain control during tough, mid-shift moments.
Now, I have real solutions to share for both “mid-shift” and “post-shift” pain—exactly the kind that manual laborers like me face every single day.
This kit bridges classroom knowledge with hands-on, shift-tested relief. What I’m learning as a student is already taking shape in this PAIN-PROOF KIT, grounded in the real-world needs of people who work hard and often in pain.
Thank you to the Brookbush Institute for making this education accessible and for helping shape my journey: managing injury in real time, not just on paper.
And above all, thank you to every worker whose daily effort inspires me to make wellness and recovery more accessible—right where it’s needed most.
May this kit bring you the relief it’s brought me on every shift.
Your pain is real. Your work matters.
You deserve solutions that speak your language and fit your world.

Thank you, Canada, for letting me build something here.
Grateful for City of Kingston. For small chances and quiet days like this.
Happy Canada Day.

Filed business papers yesterday. Exhausted Bodies is official!
I still mop floors and scrub ovens for a living, but now I’m building the fix I need.
Ran a gym and coached clients for 10 years, certified cleaning tech on the job. Studying Human Movement Science.
I know the science and I feel the strain.
⚠️ Pain
-Up to 28 000 wipes in a busy week.
-Rotator-cuff burn, neck pain, back sore, numb wrist.
-Some calls it “exercise.” My body—and the research—say otherwise.
❓ Question
What happens when my body quits but the bills don't stop?
🛠 Plan
Build my own fixes.
30-second Pain-Proof Shift Kit—GIF moves for tiny spaces.
Price: $29—about 1½ hours of cleaning pay
🚧 Status
Prototype helps me on shift; public launch September after final testing
If your shoulders give up by Hour 2 but you still need Hour 8’s pay, stick around. Updates when there’s something real.
Know a cleaner—or anyone whose job beats up their body? Please pass this on.

17 hours cleaning this week. Upper body destroyed.
Rough math: 25,000 scrubbing strokes, 1,000+ overhead reaches, 1,800+ wrist twists, plus hours of mopping.
28,000+ repetitions total.
Deltoids so fried I can barely hold my toothbrush up. Everything above my ribs feels like it's gonna fall off.
Most people don't do 28,000 reps in a month. I did it in a week.
Too tired to analyze it. Just know my arms are done.
Bodies gonna body.

Study: Manual labourers face 24 % higher heart‐disease risk vs. desk workers.
Your shift isn’t ‘exercise’—it’s silent damage.
Tonight, do a 2-minute heart‐lengthening breath: inhale 4 sec, exhale 6 sec.
Bodies gonna body.
