Come check us out Thursday mornings in-house or online. Downtown Kingston Toastmasters meets every Thursday from 6:55am to 8am.
We provide a positive and supportive learning experience in which members are empowered to develop leadership and communication skills resulting in greater self-confidence and personal growth. Toastmasters works on a self-directed program, so you follow at your own pace. You learn about public speaking (and get better, and better, and better), giving and receiving feedback (so crucial in business)

In September, our club proudly hosted the International Speech Contest and Table Topics Contest. The top two winners from each contest advanced to the Area level earlier this month. The top two from there will soon take the stage at the Division Contest next month!
