48 hours in and we’re officially sitting at #1 in Hot New Releases in both Biology and Earth Sciences, and ranked top 10 overall in those categories.

Huge thank you to everyone who has supported this project so far. It genuinely means a lot. We hope your copies arrive soon and that you enjoy the book just as much as we did creating it.

If you do, pass it along. Share it with your kids, your friends, classrooms, and community groups. The goal has always been simple — to spark curiosity and teach children about the incredible world of fungi in a way that’s fun, real, and accessible.

You can check our website, it now has the link to Amazon directly!! You can also continue to follow along with the project here and learn directly on the website 🌎:

It’s here — and it looks incredible. 🍄

Our very first book,
Adventures in Fungi: Meet Lion’s Mane,
is now officially available on Amazon — and the first copies are already landing in hands.

This project was built with a simple goal:
make real science fun, engaging, and something kids can actually DO!.

This isn’t just a book you read once and put on a shelf.

It’s designed for:
✅️ Parents looking for meaningful, hands-on learning at home
✅️ Teachers bringing real-world biology into the classroom
✅️ Kids who learn best by seeing, touching, and growing

And the best part…

You can take it one step further 👇

Pair the book with your favorite Lion’s Mane grow kit and turn reading into a full experience:
✅️ Learn what fungi are
✅️ Understand how they grow
✅️ Watch it happen in real life

From page… to real science. 🔬

This is just the beginning of what *Adventures in Fungi* is building — combining education, cultivation, and curiosity into one simple starting point.

The first book in the Adventures in Fungi series is now published on Amazon.

“Adventures in Fungi: Meet Lion’s Mane”

This marks the beginning of a new way to introduce children to the world of fungi — combining real science with fun, structured learning.

The book is currently processing through Amazon (availability, previews, and linking take a few days), but we’re excited to share that it’s live and on its way.

Amanita Avery and Nano the Mycologist will be guiding readers through a full series focused on:
• Understanding fungi
• How they grow
• Why they matter
• How they connect to the natural world

We’re building something much bigger than a single book — including activity content, learning tools, and hands-on experiences.

If you’d like the link as soon as it becomes available, comment below or follow the page.
