Aerial Nidra Sound Bath

Join us in as we float held in the Aerial Hammoks guided into a state of deep relaxation through Yoga Nidra with the healing tones of Crystal Singing Bowls.

You will be wrapped in the silk hammock held a few inches above the ground.

Andrea will guide you in a Yoga Nidra practice to support you in floating in the space between being awake and asleep.

Juliana will bring in her set of Crystal singing bowls to offer even more healing.

This deeply healing practice guides you into deeper and deeper states of consciousness and peace.
