Physical activity and muscle fitness is associated with improved bone health, reduced metabolic risk factors, healthy body weight, improved self-esteem, and even cognitive ability! Dr. George Hall is officially "CrossFit DGH" a CrossFit affiliate. Our goal is to create a fun, engaging and active environment for the students and staff at DGH. If you have any donations to help us get started, such as small dumbbells, broom sticks, dowels, medicine balls, weight plates etc., they will be gladly accepted if they are in good condition. Please contact the school if you can donate!
