From classroom to kitchen 👩🍳🥗
As their final project, our Grade 12 Nutrition class launched a Healthy Lunch Initiative — planning, preparing, and serving a delicious meal to students and staff, completely cooked from scratch. A hands-on lesson in nutrition, teamwork, and giving back to our school community. 👏🍴

🏃♂️🏅 OSA hosted our very first Track & Field Day this morning — and what a way to kick off a new tradition!
From friendly competition and team spirit to lots of laughs and unforgettable moments, the entire OSA community got involved. Students and teachers took part in a variety of fun events, cheered each other on, and made memories that will last far beyond the finish line.
A huge thank you to everyone who participated and helped make our first Track & Field Day such a success. We already can’t wait for next year! ❤️

We were excited to welcome Katherine Johnson from University of Ottawa to OSA Private School!
Katherine led an engaging Grades 2–5 presentation on The Human Body and Its Systems, where students explored and discovered how each body system works. She also presented Engineering Design: Wind Turbine for Grades 6–12, where students designed, built, and tested their own windmill prototypes.
Both sessions were interactive, hands-on, and full of learning opportunities for our students 👍

Throwback Thursday to an unforgettable OSA school trip! 🌴✨
From flying into Fort Lauderdale, setting sail from Miami, exploring Nassau, Bahamas 🇧🇸, visiting Taino Bay in Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic 🇩🇴, and making memories together every step of the way — this was truly a trip to remember.
