Check out this week's Peek of the Week! Please take note that events can change and students are reminded to listen to the announcements to confirm time and location of their event(s).

Highlights include:
- school council elections @ 4 pm on Tuesday in the library - Alcona Glen Community members are all welcome to attend
- meet the educator @ 5-6:30 pm on Tuesday in your child(ren)'s classrooms and the library is open with activities too!
-school lunch programs begin this week! Orders must be in by 12 noon on Sunday so if you haven't ordered for this coming week, make sure to order for next week before Sunday, October 11 @ noon! Check out Lunchbox on School Cash Online to order.

In preparation for the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation today, students have been learning and reflecting on the meaning of the past, the present and the future of Canada's history. Grade 7s put together these hearts across the fence at the front of the school. Other grades have made collaborative art pieces that we will reveal when they are done. 🧡
