Keep an eye out for any unwanted books over the holiday season and hang on to them - LWB Dalhousie will be having our annual book sale in the new year! (Date TBD)
We will be accepting donations of books, DVDs, and CDs and there will be a box for donations in the SIM common room.

The date of this year's Librarians Without Borders Dalhousie bake sale has been confirmed! The bake sale will take place on October 27th in the atrium of the K. C. Rowe Management Building at Dalhousie University. Proceeds of the bake sale go to the Asturias project in Guatemala: http://lwb-online.org/asturias-project/

The LWB/ACA booksale is on now in the SUB! Come get your books! Open today and tomorrow 8:30-4:30.
The Dalhousie chapters of Librarians Without Borders and the Association of Canadian Archivists are having a book sale in SUB tomorrow and Friday (the 17th & 18th) to raise money for local and international literacy projects and archives education! Books are going for $1 or $2 and a bag of books for $5. Cash only.

In 2010, our intrepid McGill student committee set off on our first trip to Guatemala to work with the Miguel Angel Asturias Academy!
