Girl On Fire is a Womens' Empowerment program developed by Author and National award winner Jenny Kie

The Girl on Fire Program is a 12-week program containing both theory and physical practice. Each weekly class is themed according to the 10 Girl on Fire inner treasures of self-awareness, self-worth, confidence, discernment, resilience, discipline, optimism, contentment, connection and essence. These inner treasures were created with the hope that by cultivating these core competencies, girls will have the skills to live empowered, joy-filled, and harmonious lives.

We're thrilled to launch the Girl on Fire Personal Journey, a self-paced online program designed for adolescent girls navigating the challenges of their teen years. The results of this group program show a 25% boost in confidence and a 44% increase in resilience.
Until now, Girl on Fire was delivered only through leaders in schools, community centers, and First Nations programs.
This new version, created by me, Jenny, and co-facilitated by my daughter Sophia Rae, speaks directly to teens. Sophia combines her lived experience, academic insight as a psychology student, and compassion for the struggles her peers face.
The program includes:
10 keynote discussions on boundaries, self-worth & relationships
10 guided movement & mindfulness practices
Reflection handouts for self-awareness
