It was a beautiful day for the Alzheimer’s Society of NS’s Duck Derby on Sunday! Many thanks to those from the CCA Program who donated and/or came out to show support to those living with Alzheimer’s.

Remember, if there are any pictures from our CHS page, you would to have, save them on your personal drive!

Power has returned and the school will open at 1130

Due to a power outage, first block of classes are CANCELLED.
A decision to re-open the campus will be made at 10:00 am.

Our CCA Team will be participating in the Alzheimer Duck Derby on Sunday September 21st in support of the Alzheimer Society of Nova Scotia. We challenge all students and staff to participate with us, by buying a duck or flock of ducks to race across the harbour!

The first ten ducks across the finish line can win fabulous prizes such as a brand new 2014 Hyundai Accent, 2 tickets anywhere West Jet flies, a $1,000 Shopping spree at Mic Mac Mall, or more!!

Please purchase your ducks through Beqi at the front desk!
$10.00 per duck, and $25.00 for a flock of 3 ducks. The more ducks will increase your chances of winning!
